Dr. Conway Edwards is the founding and senior pastor of One Community Church, a thriving multi-campus ministry in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with a growing global reach. One Community Church continues to be a place where people can know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference.

Dr. Edwards passion for leadership development, his fight for strong marriages, his conviction to advocate for singles to live the preferred life without apology and his dedication to raising up the next generation of leaders have shaped his ministry. He believes the church should be a place where people of all ages can discover their purpose and make a lasting difference.

He is the author of The Parenting Pandemic, Love Cycles, Fantastic Teams, Sacred Rhythms, Perfect Love for an Imperfect Marriage, Fence Post Leadership, Watch the Flags, Before Love's in View, and The 20/80 Rule. Pastor Quincy Stratford

Senior Pastor Carmel Friendship Church

Pastor Quincy Stratford, affectionately referred to as Pastor Q, serves as the senior pastor of a thriving and growing church in Wesley Chapel, Florida, Carmel Friendship Church, which he and his wife founded on his couch in August of 2010.

Since that time Pastor Q has shepherded the church through a period of exciting growth. In 2014, under his leadership, the church was able to purchase its current building and expand from one service to three services in 3 short years. In 2016, God once again blessed Pastor Q and the Carmel Friendship family by allowing them to purchase 11 acres of land in which to build their first sanctuary. Pastor Q began holding services at the new location in 2021. Carmel Friendship expanded to 2 services in 2022 and has launched a 3rd service in October of 2023.

Pastor Q was called by God to the ministry and preached his first sermon at Zion Baptist Church on July 2, 2000. Prior to moving to Tampa and starting Carmel Friendship, he served as the Children and Youth Pastor at Mesquite Friendship Baptist Church in Mesquite, TX for 5 years. Pastor Q obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry Studies from Baptist College of Florida and a Master of Arts degree in Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Prior to becoming a full-time Pastor in 2013, Pastor Q worked as a store manager for over 10 years.

Pastor Q is married to Jennifer Stratford and they have 5 children - Angel, Aniya, Elijah, Emmanuel and Anora.
